CommonWealth Games or MakingWealth Games

August 5, 2010, at all news channel on prime time whether it is NewsPoint with Abhigyan Prakash or NewsHour with Arnab Goswami or India@9 with Rajdeep Sardesai or NewsMaker with Barkha Dutta, all big guns from the TV journalism are debating on whether Kalmadi should or shacked by the government for heading of Organizing Committee(OC) of CommonWealth Games(CWG). Every news channel taking his credit that we have exposed the deal between Australian media promotion company SMAM and AM Films from UK or deal between DDA officials and Delhi Government or deal between two big medical equipment company and Delhi Government or deal between the OC and supplier of popular daily using things for sports persons (like umbrella, treadmills, liquid soap dispensers) or deal between OC and Anil Khanna’s son for supplying turf to RK Khanna Stadium, prior the sports person have already complaint about the quality of turf. What we are going to show the world that how much we are corrupt that we cannot even leave the sport to make money for ourselves.

I believe that if my team member is not capable or doing the things whatever he has been assigned, we have to track those people to making big mistakes or not good for delivering the project on time. We cannot track it on last moment when we have to deliver our project. We have to ensure that our project should deliver on time as a team leader. And I believe that CWG as project has been bid by India 8 yrs before and Mr Kalmadi has been started working on 5 yrs back. So if London is hosting Olympic in 2012 are ready to host that so why not we are ready to host CWG-2010 just less than two months before the games. So I carry the total responsibility is for Mr Kalmadi that’s why in my opinion Mr Kalmadi should sacked by Indian Government and there are lot of people who will think that this is not the right time to sacked him but there are lot of people in government or outside government who can tackle this situation and no more we can carry these type of corruption each and every area of Organization.

But the following questions are making big:

  1. Should Mr Kalmadi leave his position on the ground of taking moral responsibility as a chief of OC of CWG for not preparing Delhi before the games?
  2. Will the news channel make this corruption as big debate after CWG in October 2010 or they leave as they have leave IPL-3 scam on Mr Lalit Modi?
  3. Will Government ask the OC to submit all paper on money has been spending in Delhi on the name of CWG 2010?
  4. Will Government give the statement over this issue to people of Delhi or India, because Delhi people have been most affected by this?
  5. Why not our PM Mr. Manmohan Singh lead the same team, because some time Team Leader is not capable to handling this type of big event?
  6. How many years after the games will Delhi people will pay off this money?
  7. Is our country ready for hosting these types of games?

India @ ICC T20 World Cup 2010

Loosing with Australia was disappointing for me because they have not beaten by our team’s lot of mistakes. They have not learned from the mistakes have been done from their previous games. If you have play
7 batsman in a game then you think that your strength is focussed on
batting side, but our captain cool taken the field first after winning
toss. Why, is this the strategy to save the batsman to save from short
pitch bouncer in the morning. In west-indies every team knows that pitch
of west indies always support for fast bowlers but our captain cool
always comes in mind frame that our climate and west-indian climate are
same. I agree with him but on the cricket field pitch always do the different
equation. If you have taken to field first than why you have to try
raina as well when your harbhajan, yusuf and yuvraj is doing well.
I never trust on Rohit Sharma as a match winner. Every people will say after watching last night game that if he will supported by another batsman than he could make it. But I am sure he is not a big game player and I have never seen him to win the game for india. He will do always like Rahul Dravid. But there is much difference between Rahul and Rohit,
Rahul never win a fatafat game for you but he will never let his hope
down. One more difference between Rahul and Rohit, Rahul never gives
the batting chances your 11th number batsman but Rohit always do the
same thing like VVS Laxman. Rohit and VVS Laxman never try to batting
themself at the end. Why Rohit handed the batting end to Zaheer and Nehra?
Is Zaheer and Nehra better than him to bat on the pitch like Bar-Bados
against Australian pace attack like Nannes ,Tait and Johnson.

Why India fail to win close games

Sachin Tendulkar won a great personal battle against the Australians on Thursday but India still lost the war, going down by three runs in an epic run-chase. India again lost a match which it had all but won. It’s not the first time either that the Men in Blue have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. MS Dhoni has evolved into a clinical finisher but even he succumbed early on Thursday.
Indeed, increasingly it seems that old virus is plaguing Indian cricket once again: more than team effort, the team is again banking on individual brilliance. When the Indians win, they win by a mile. And when it comes to close finishes in pressure-cooker situations, they are invariably found wanting.
A case in point has been India’s two victories in this particular series. A blazing hundred by Mahendra Singh Dhoni saw India cruising to a 99-run victory in the second One-dayer at Nagpur. Similarly, in the third One-dayer at New Delhi, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh featured in a 148-run stand for the 4th wicket as India won by six wickets chasing a modest 230-run victory target.
A champion team knows how to win; rather they win by hook or crook. And it is here that India are still way behind the Australians. In all the four matches that witnessed close finishes in the series, India have been left despairing. In the first One-dayer at Baroda, Harbhajan Singh and Praveen Kumar revived India and with nine needed off the final over bowled by Peter Siddle, the hosts should have made it. Not really. Harbhajan Singh got out to the second ball and the target was beyond Praveen Kumar and Ashish Nehra. In last one-day at Guwahati Indians were look at the mercy of Australian. This is called the Punter’s Punch to victory over series, because they never loose their tempetation about winning the series before finally they do the same. And another side Indians are always riding the wining of series but they fail to do because they thaught they have won.
At Mohali, India made a fine mess of chasing down a target of 251 losing by 24 runs. At Hyderabad on Thursday, India had another great chance but they flattered only to deceive. When Tendulkar got out off the first ball of the 47th over, India needed 19 runs off 17 balls with three wickets. But the tailenders left commonsense behind in the dressing room and contrived to fall short by three runs. Ravindra Jadeja might as well have been running around in the park. Ashish Nehra targeted the only man in the deep during the batting Powerplay. Praveen Kumar just didn’t feel the need to dive full length, which could have saved him and his team.
To be honest, India appears to be a team in complete disarray against a team which is grappling with injuries but still functioning like a brilliant One-day outfit. What is equally appalling is the fact that the Indians are not even doing the basic things right, and here coach Gary Kirsten has to do some tough talking to his players.
